SURVEYING QUALIFICATIONS:

Survey costs vary due to the size of your lot, the property location, and the services you'll need. It's important for us to speak to you and ask you questions so we can give you a quote for the services you really need.

HOW MUCH IS AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AND CAN YOU GET ME OUT OF THE FLOOD ZONE?

Elevation certificates vary in cost due to location. We'll have to find a local benchmark then transfer the elevation to your property.
If your property is shown within the flood zone, but the actual elevation of the property is above the flood zone, we may be able to remove either your house, part of the property, or even the whole property from the flood zone through the LOMA or LOMF procedures at FEMA.

I ONLY WANT ONE SIDE OF MY PROPERTY STAKED; CAN YOU DO THAT?

We can, however, we have to do the same records research, monument searches, and field work. The act of setting the property corners is the least time-intensive part of a survey. The fact that you now know where all of your property corners are usually outweighs the amount of time saved by only staking one property line.
